This program offers the opportunity to feel blowing snow, a weather condition unique to snowy regions. Participants meet at Tsugaru Railway Ashino Park Station and go to a snow-covered field. Put on the "northland gear" of a kakumaki shawl, monpe pants, and kanjiki snowshoes, and step into blowing snow!
