Goshogawara is the birthplace of two kinds of apples: Goshogawara Red Apples and Toki. Goshogawara Red Apples are characterized by red flesh. Toki is a cross-breed of sweet, aromatic Orin and Fuji with a good sweet-tart balance.
Of course they are both delicious if eaten fresh but also make very good juice and jam.
